Once the service is paid, Algarve Pictures will share your data with the selected photographer or videographer. This allows them to contact you regarding the details of your photo/video shoot. The photographer is obligated to delete your personal data once the shoot concludes.
Algarve Pictures may use other data processors for data processing. These processors can only use and process the data in a manner previously specified with our company. We provide only the necessary personal data to these processors for service performance. The following data processors are used: Google LLC (analytics, online marketing tools, email, PPC), Facebook Ireland Ltd. (online marketing tools), WordPress Foundation (website solution), Pic-Time inc. (delivery of the final product).
We will never sublicense or sell your photos without explicit consent. We reserve the right to use photos for promotional purposes on AlgarvePictures.com, our social media profiles, printed materials, articles about Algarve Pictures on third-party publishers (both online and offline magazines, blogs, etc.), and paid PPC campaigns. However, we will always ask for publishing permission first. Photographers may use the photos for their own promotion in the same manner as Algarve Pictures but only after confirming the permissions granted to Algarve Pictures by the client.
If you disagree with this usage, please inform us, and we will not use the photos accordingly.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
